Visiting Coach
- We will provide coach popups on deck. We are short of deck chairs and recommend bringing your own folding chairs for coaches.
- Visiting team will have lanes 2,4,6 for all relays.
Key Times
5:30 AM – Site opens for parking and families to set up tents.
6:10 AM – Warm ups for Montclair Seahawks
6:30 AM – Warm ups for Visiting Team
6:30 AM – Officials Meet
6:40 AM – Timers/Recorders Meet
6:55 AM – National Anthem
7:00 AM – Meet begins
~~In keeping with Prince William Swim League bylaws, no photography or recording is allowed behind the start end of the pool*. Meet officials and timers should not be using the phone while "on duty." We are happy to provide relief for any timer or official who wants to take a heat off and photograph/record their swimmers from the sides of the pool.
*Note that the start end of the pool moves for the 25m events and both ends are considered "start areas" during 100m relays.~~
Requested Volunteers from Visiting Team
- One starter (entire meet). Please bring your starter, fully charged, and your tripod. We will use it for 8 and under starts
- One referee (entire meet)
- Two to Four stroke & turn officials (two shifts)
- One head timer (two shifts)
- Two Timers for lanes 1, 3, 5 (two shifts)
- One Timer for lanes 2, 4, 6 (two shifts)
- One Recorder for lanes 2, 4, 6 (two shifts)
- One Runner (two shifts)
- Three people for the Clerk of Course (two shifts). Some will be used to escort 8-and-unders
- Two Scorers (two shifts – located in the clubhouse)
- Two Verifiers (two shifts – located in the clubhouse)
- One ribbon volunteer (entire meet – located in the clubhouse)
Please have your computer person bring their computer and printer as a backup. Computer station will be located inside the clubhouse.
